What are the materials used in 3D printing technologies?
RedEye provides the following materials:

• ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene)

• ABSi (similar to standard ABS but with a higher impact strength)

• ABS-M30 (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene)

• ABS-M30i (Biocompatible Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene)

• PC (Polycarbonate)

• PC-ISO (medical grade of polycarbonate)

• PC/ABS (Polycarbonate/ABS blend)

• PPSF (Polyphenylsulfone)

Are your materials toxic?
Our FDM materials are made with a custom blend of commercially available thermoplastic resins. There are no safety concerns with handling materials from FDM systems.

What colors do you provide?
RedEye offers the following color choices:

• ABS - white, black, blue, red, green, yellow, gray and steel gray. Color Example

• ABSi - translucent (natural), red translucent and amber translucent. Color Example
  Note: Translucent models would require thin walls to achieve the desired effect. Translucent Example

• ABS-M30 - Ivory, black, dark gray, blue and red. Color Example

• ABS-M30i - Ivory Color Example

• PC - white. Color Example

• PC-ISO - translucent (natural) and white. Color Example translucent

• PC/ABS - black Color Example

• PPSF - tan. Color Example

Do you have clear parts?
The ABSi and PC-ISO materials are not clear or see-through, though are available in "translucent" options. Prototypes with thinner walls are more translucent than parts with thicker walls. Translucent Example
