"RedEye was extremely thorough and prompt with my project. I am very pleased
with the quality of the parts, which worked perfectly for my application:
converting CT Scans into real parts for "anatomically-correct" cardiology
applications."

More Colors for Your Prototypes to Production Parts
The benefits of adding color to prototypes and end-use parts are clear. Color captivates, it communicates, it provides the visual reference needed for most go-to-market strategies.
That's why this month we're excited to offer you 4 new color choices: olive green, desert tan, gray and metallic silver.

Color can be one of the most important elements in product development. Weather you’re creating an entirely new product or making an improvement to an existing product, choosing the right color can help you communicate your important design elements easily.
If your new design is an improvement to an existing product, in most instances the main objective is to make sure the consumer is aware of the new enhancement. This requires visual and verbal communication elements that draw attention to your new element.
When launching brand new products, one of the most important communication points to your customers is how it fits into your current product offering. Additionally, consistent color coordination across brands helps build brand awareness. That’s why we believe expanding our color options will help you communicate important elements during both prototyping and production.
Paint a better picture of your final product.
These new colors will be offered while supplies last only, so order today. Quote Now.

Size Matters: Build Big, Bulky Lightweight Parts

Now you can build big parts that won’t weigh you down. Choose Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) for your digital manufacturing project and ask about sparse fill. Our sparse fill build option builds your parts with a honeycomb-like interior, reducing the overall weight by more than 50%.
Our sparse build option is great for large, thick walled parts, prototyping models and packaging molds. It is our recommended build option for prototype thermoforming molds and sand casting patterns because it creates porosity that benefits vacuum draw.
What you see is not what you get. In this case, it’s true. The exterior surfaces of your parts remain completely unaltered, so your parts look as if they were built as a solid form.
To learn more about our sparse fill option, download our case study titled, “Prototyping Vaccum Forming Tools Quickly.”
